Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Process. To initiate a return, contact us at contact@nuuzo.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions, including the appropriate return address.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.

Exchanges. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We may issue a replacement or refund based on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items. For hygiene reasons, opened or used personal care items (such as massagers) are not eligible for return unless defective.
